The Salmon is a wild flown-in fresh fish and served whole with a carving station. The Prime Rib is served standard with a carving station. Multiple Entrèe selections are calculated at 70% of Guest Count.
When it comes to bar options for your event, we offer several options to fit your needs. Host bar, cash bar, combination, fixed costs or per person we can accommodate! Want a signature drink, Champaign toast or prefer only craft beer? Not a problem. We also offer a consumption bar option, this route will provide a fixed cost at a certain budget, especially if that budget is below our bottom tier pricing, this may be a great option for you.
